Lizzie was warm, empathetic and created a safe and non-judgmental space. I felt comfortable opening up to her and her kind nature made me feel supported and able to explore myself deeper within the therapeutic relationship. I would definitely return to Lizzie if I needed. Thank you, Lizzie.

During my counselling degree, Lizzie was a huge support for me. Not only did I feel held and supported throughout my studies, but also Lizzie modelled the person-centred approach which was inspiring too. I would highly recommend Lizzie to anyone and I felt lucky to have her alongside my self-awareness journey and studies.

As a young professional man in my early 30s, opening up and working through past trauma was never something I'd considered. I’d spent years suppressing my emotions, putting on a brave face, and telling myself to just “man up.”
Finding Lizzie completely changed that.
From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt comfortable, understood, and never judged. Over the course of a year working together, she helped me unpack things I’d avoided for a long time and guided me toward a much healthier way of understanding and managing my emotions.
I now feel so much stronger.
Thank you Lizzie.

When I started counselling with Lizzie I was feeling utterly overwhelmed due to bereavements, a difficult work situation and traumatic health problems in my family.
Lizzie helped me to look at these experiences and as we talked, her compassion and listening skills enabled me to bring all these problems out into the open and acknowledge how difficult they had been. This was a healing experience and I am very glad I sought her help.
